It appears that two outstanding individuals are going out as heroes.
These two names are undoubtedly associated with the Indian cricket squad. Rohit Sharma & Virath Kohli When I think about these two names, I get an inclination, especially Virath Kohli.
Why do you feel this way? Because no team will be able to win easy. That is how we feel.
Yes, it is true. I've never seen a match abandoned because players are playing for their own country, nation, or people. Every winning motion has been recorded on these two's faces.
If you ask who the two persons are who don't know the word giveup and use the same warm-up to play, everyone will think of Rohit and Kohli.
There are no harmful habits in Kohli's life. There's nothing like drinking or smoking. His weapon is a healthy lifestyle.
He stated in one of his appearances with a news outlet,
"It changed in 2012." I had wonderful trips to Australia, hit 180 against Bangladesh, and went into the IPL thinking, 'Wow, this is going to be a terrific season for me'. I hoped to make it to my competition and conquer the bowlers. I really struggled.
My training was terrible; I ate poorly, stayed up late, and drank frequently. It was a terrible attitude. I felt great when the season came to a close. I went home, got out of the shower one day, looked in the mirror, and told myself, 'You can't look like this if you want to be a professional cricketer. I was 11 or 12 kg bigger than I am today, and I was really obese. The next morning, I altered everything, from my diet to my workout routine. I went to the gym for an hour and a half every day. Working really hard, avoiding gluten and wheat, no cold beverages, no treats, nothing. It was tough.
For the first two months, I felt like I wanted to eat the bed linen before going to bed since it was so hungry. I was seeking flavour. I was craving great cuisine. But then I noticed the results. I felt speedy on the pitch. I would get up in the morning and feel energised. In 2015, I adjusted my workout regimen again. I started lifting, snatching, cleaning, and deadlifting. It was incredible. I saw the results. I recall racing after a ball during the Test matches in Sri Lanka when when I felt extra force in my legs. It was like, 'Wow'. This training is addicting. "Over the last year and a half, it has elevated my game."
He is a world-class cricket player. I have never seen a more devoted cricketer. So they genuinely played for their nation and their work.
Good luck to both of you as avid cricket fans, even if you are not from our nation. We appreciate everything that you provided for cricket.
Not everyone can bid farewell to cricket with such pride.
Both of you will be missed at T20.
